Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Gear

  Secure the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of hair, odors, or debris.

• 4.
  Drop and Deploy

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
